@Harshil Patel Welcome...BP is a great site for the most part, but as you mentioned, there is a "sea" of information here that will pull you in every direction possible...Think about an OKR framework to focus in on developing your strategy.

Because you're going to refinance, you're going to have to make sure you work within the framework of the end lender's guidelines. 

It will no longer cover anything at all inside or anything on the building exterior like building framework, roof, gutters, etc.

Once you get to a certain size, most construction projects work under the AIA framework even if they don't use the standard AIA contracts.
