@Derek Bleam What’s not clear is which LLC is the deed holder, the PA or Wyoming LLC?

A lot of the food/bar scene is centralized in downtown Denver, so it's not ideal. 

The deed holder/owner is no longer the insured.   

For most parcels this means removing trash, bush-hogging, tilling and planting a food plot to attract wildlife, posting no-trespassing signs, etc.  

Have LLC 1 as the lien holder on the title3.
