Our client's and prospective client's fears associated with the virus have slowed things down considerably.

The virus struck.

Her lease is up and she was supposed to be out end of April. shes known for several months that she'd be leaving but now claims she can't because of virus.

As I understand it you need to be employed for at least 2 years to qualify for an FHA loan.I have been laid off from my job due to the corona virus and I am now collecting unemployment. 

You file for eviction.Make sure you post all the correct notices EXACTLY as your local laws require so you don't get hung up later.This isn't really a virus issue as she was already not paying you.

As far as safety , bodies are piling up in NY right now and there's anger towards China creating new virus strains with wild animal markets for food and medicine (and I realize the far east encompasses a lot more than China, but angry broke people don't care)... so I would monitor the situation.

@Phil Fu  That statement is poorly worded unless they really mean anything (ie before or after the 1st) within 30 days-For April 1 that gives them March 2- April 30.I would try to contact them and see if they've been affected by the virus and tell them to let you know. 

If you think about it, this is a short term issue, the virus, and everyone will still have their commercial office leases and such, so I don't think we will see an immediate impact.
