You just ask to be added to their customer list and they'll come automatically when the snow hits.

Our goal with this policy is to accomplish several things: - Encourage these "wholesalers" to bless some other real estate investing community with their presence- Stop the SPAM- Offset the several hundred thousand dollars per year in costs that spammers, too often "wholesalers" bring to the platform. 

This could encourage unpermitted units which is not the intent of sb13, but an unintended consequence.

We use a custom spreadsheet and DealCheck to break down key metrics like cash-on-cash return, cap rate, and debt service coverage ratio (DSCR).

We always encourage investors to conduct full due diligence on any property, team & market they choose to work with.

I’m very big on having the proper customer support and making sure if I buy something I can contact their support to get more info/refunds etc.

Use customized leases with state-specific templates and consult a lawyer for complex issues.
