Eastern?  

I am moving to the Columbia South Carolina area and am looking to live on the eastern side of the city around Hazelwood Acres area. 

So in my STR area is Eastern TN, the name of a cabin believe it or not can dramatically increase rentals.

I'll also frequently schedule calls at 9pm-10pm eastern (convenient if I'm calling west coast or other parents of little kids).Finally, I actually take a ton of leave for my side hustle. 

I've poked around the marketplace but I'd really appreciate a reference to an eastern Kentucky licensed realtor who is internet savy and has the experience to list 277 acres w/a house and barn w/heated conc flr about 10 min from Natural Bridge State Resort Park, Wolfe County, KY.

There could be some other small towns in other Western states but especially if you are willing to go up to the $200k price point you can find some good ones in Eastern Idaho.
