Moving to Columbia, SC

Hello everyone!

I am moving to the Columbia South Carolina area and am looking to live on the eastern side of the city around Hazelwood Acres area.  I am a young property investor that is looking for information on the real estate market in the area.  I am interested in house hacking a small multifamily unit or buying a single family home that could eventually be used as a rental.  Also I am looking for real estate agent referrals if anyone knows of a good agent in the area.  Have a great day and keep working toward your goals!
