Larger, experienced shops likely less so, but with these groups even if they have some problem deals it’ll amount to a headwind to overall performance of a very large portfolio rather than a disaster that brings down the firm.The 2020 to 2023 period saw several very active “newer” groups who were rapidly scaling and in some cases dominating acquisitions.  

It sounds cheesy, but the best way to prepare is to work with a friend or two and role-play.

I did not known him at Scoutpads and have no direct knowledge of the model at Scoutpads, his role in it, or how it relates to Metallic Blue Development.

To be successful and stand out in your role, it requires dedication, drive, strategy and hard work.

This plunged the world into the greatest recession most of us had ever seen and caused more than four million completed foreclosures.There’s no denying the incredible role appreciation has played in investors’ lives, but there’s also no denying the risk involved in relying on appreciation to make a profit.

Being an entrepreneur is primarily a role of knowing your strengths and recognizing your holes, then filling in people for those holes.Most all investment managers start with partnerships of two or three people that have complimentary skill sets, relationships, etc.  

In the same vein having a new role of toilet paper on the roller for them is a nice touch also.

A listing agent dominated business means trouble for buyers, who might be forced to take on lawyers to represent them, even in non attorney states. 

Even though you hired them and it's your property, there are still regulations all must follow.It'd be the same if roles were reversed. 

About 5 years ago we hopped in a RE syndication and pulled out of it recently to take a more active role in our investing (returns where meh), along with trying to supercharge our financial goals in retiring early.
