As for what the house needs, it needs a new kitchen and appliances, remodel 2 bathrooms, new lighting throughout, new hard wood throughout, a lot of wall paper needs to come down and repaint entire interior, carpet the basement and reinstall new drop ceiling in basement, power wash house and refinish outside deck.

State regulations make things complicated so I'm skeptical that it will ever replace the agent; however, technology is taking the place of so much human production that it wouldn't surprise me to see some platforms simplify the process for the even the casual browser.I looked for the app for my Android, but only T-Rex apps displayed.  

If a person (such as an agent) came to a rough neighborhood displaying a "threat," they make themselves subject to any measure taken to be subdued.

My dad was always interested in real estate, and I wallpapered, tiled, painted, did yard work, etc, all before leaving junior high school.  

Check to see if the walls are painted or have wallpaper.

Also it hasn't been remodeled in probably 30 years (60's wallpaper still abounds in the property apparently).Now this got my mind clicking.
