I did believe in the mission and as they dumped on the OT others quit, so those of us left got more and more OT. 

When you are buying in B neighborhoods like South KC, Excelsior Springs, Belton, kc, downtown, Grandview, Independence (the B part), Lee Summit , Blue Springs, Overland Park, and Shawnee Mission are you using a 6% cap in your underwriting or are you using a more conservative 7%?

I’ve been diving in into the wholesale investing while on the mission on getting my real estate license.  

@Timothy Pauldon - That sounds like a pretty cool mission. 

The memory chips are soldered onto the main board rather than plugging them into a slot, so order it with the memory that you can afford.Backups are mission critical. 

Like myself, for the past 22 years, service has been the mission that leaves little time for things outside of the Marine Corps.
