First time wholesale investor help.

I’ve been diving in into the wholesale investing while on the mission on getting my real estate license.  Been doing the investing for about 1 month and a half now.  Can’t seem to find any off market leads. How can I go about doing that ? 

hopefully doing this I can get my first deal soon and invest in the real estate class and continue to do real estate.
