I have a daughter and son, who is attending college.

Nearly the entire family of our daughter-in-law lives in SoCal, and we owned a pizza place in San Clemente that we sold a few years ago.  

I should have mentioned that I am married with 2 daughters (2 & 7)...which narrows down my options for location as we are already in a great school and don't want to change schools a 3rd time.  

As a double bonus one of the other units I was concerned about (daughter of the owner) also decided to move.  

Is he a doctor from the UK who's moving to the US with his daughter?

My Daughter was going away for college and i started with a Student rental. went out there to see the college saw this house for sale stopped at the realtor, went to see it and then put an offer on it, later on the seller signed the papers. that was 4 1/2 years ago. my daughter left there 2 years ago, but i still own it, plus others.

Again, I am not trying to sound insensitive, but I have a family to support and this real estate is how I do that so I have my daughter and fiancee to keep in mind as well. 

But to be honest, I stopped running around the beginning of October when I went on a vacation with my daughter and I hadn't gone back to it yet.  

Her goal is to pass the payments on to her daughter after she passes.

However, when John Doe dies and his daughter Sally Doe, the successor trustee is selling; then it is referring to it as a trust sale.The trust sale refers to any property where title is held by a trust and the trustee (or successor trustee) of the trust is the seller.
