Hi Joseph,Most wholesalers use an assignment agreement contract, the other method im aware of is a concurrent close where a standard RPA is used. 

It took me about 6 weeks between tenant 1 and 2 to get it rebooked, but I was able to concurrently get tenant 3.

This can happen concurrently while renting it though.

It seems like there are two concurrent arguments going on at the same time between you and tenants.Should they have called in a repairman to fix the issue without your prior consent?
