Extremely doubtful you can successfully manage a eviction on your own.Dollar wise you will spend/lose less by paying someone that can do the job professionally without suffering the weakness of compassion.

A COA with which I was briefly associated along Alabama's Gulf Coast (yes, we do have some coast line....) tried to claim that it was not responsible for insuring the complex -made up of detached units- against flood but did so only out of compassion for the Owners and threatened to stop paying.

Your tenant will not do anything on her own.I can guarantee that if you show any compassion for this individual it will ultimately end up costing you more money/lost income.There is no room for compassion in a situation such as this.
