@James Wise I was just listening to your podcast in my car and I was thinking "ah man, he didn't welcome me!

Work to save a lot of cash (Which I just reduced my 401K savings rate to only cover my employer’s full match so that’ll be a couple hundred extra each month and I’m about to fully pay off my car in six months and that’ll be an extra $500/mo.

I have sold cars for many years and that is one of the main reasons your customers buy other places.

I got into detail of what they were looking for first.. then I qualified that they had the money and were ready to go ( like a good car salesmen does) then I picked 3 properties ( back before the internet ) One I knew they might like one that pretty sure they would not and one I knew fit all the criteria and they would buy. then I asked for the order point blank and wrote it up usually on the Hood of my car.. contract with NCR paper and off er went to escrow. 

@kimberly S. mentioned negotiating the price, because it's like buying a car.

If I know absolutely nothing about cars and I take my car into a mechanic for an air filter change, if they tell me it will take 10 days to fix and bill me $1,000 for labor...that is fraud?

Although dumpster use, animal destruction and random cars is a reason and we also put it in the lease that there are cameras. 

So he wants a camera on his car for safety reasons and it just happens to get the other unit in the picture....
