And of course, if you're going in with partners you need to make sure you have an LLC partnership and a bullet-proof contract. 

It's not bullet-proof, but it's as good as anything else.You can continue to hand-deliver documents to your accountant, but where does it end up?

It's in the negotiations and bullet-proofing the transaction, that they really get to know my worth in most instances.
