If you're interested in the park, keep fishing for #s that fit your criteria. 

You may need to broaden what sort of living situation you’re willing to accept or the time frame for your goals.

I can do this start to finish in an afternoon when I have a fish on the line I want to reel it in right away.

@Eric Fernando - Yes, with it being gutted it makes it easier for the electrician, otherwise they have to punch holes in walls and fish wires through.

They have a fish which is a violation of no pet policy.

We don't charge for extra persons but nearly every time we've had someone inquire for 2 adults and what to know capcity on a 1 bedroom unit, they're fishing for at least double that.Our current record is someone trying to fit 6 in a one bedroom. 

Surf, fish, dive, etc...so an inexpensive place in a random suburb somewhere is no good either.
