The pine will need to be primed/painted/sealed on all sides or else it will warp or bleed through.Once installed, they don't look much different when painted.

I got a call tonight from my property manager stating 3 things:a) There was no heat coming from the radiator in one of the upstairs bedroomsb) the water in the kitchen was dripping slowlyc) A couple of the electrical outlets were not workingI would have expected that the PM would have had someone bleed the radiators to solve a) since that was obvious, and have one of their staff check out b) and c).

Looks like you have a couple options. 1: do nothing and continue to bleed cash. 2: Lower your price a little, lose some cash, move on. 3: Refinance, rent it out and try and sell again in a few years.
