Personally I feel wholeselling is more of a byproduct from flipping or deal making. 

Then diversified by product, office space/ smaller multi family.

There are consumer FICO scores and lender FICO scores that differ by product (car, credit card, mortgage etc.)

Not sure about what welding gases might produce as "exhaust", but gas furnaces can definitely produce CO as a byproduct of combustion.

hahahahah....the city had such a beef with my water heater and laundry hook ups.

But getting basically a listing or beefing up your sale inventory that won't meet your target market means long contract periods or holding costs eating away at profits, ad money spent, time showing and trying to sell something that's not marketable.

They have 30 beef cows, which are delicious.
