I agree with everyone else here who highlighted the importance of staying on top of maintenance in old buildings, we achieve regular inspections through filter changes and CO2/smoke detector battery changes.

The boat does run on shore power when docked and has back up batteries for the bilge pumps if the power goes out.

Granted you may not be able to take nice vacations or things like that, but even just taking a day to hang out with your family, or veg out on the couch can recharge the batteries allowing you to come back to work way stronger.
