I have an athletic background and accountability is a major factor among the coaches.  

I just graduated and I was a great student athlete, now I want to use that competitive spirit and become a student in real estate.

I just dont think it's wise to sell it. 80% of people who go to this university is from out of town, and this university doesn't provide student housing unless you are an athlete, so the market will always be there as long as the university is there.

It gives students better opportunities for extra curricular activities, scholarships, athletics, and in most cases (not all) academia.

According to the agent owner really doesn't want the hassle, it's been really easy for him wih the athletes in there.  

I am obviously new to this and trying to get creative while being a D1 college athlete.

Watching calisthenics athletes pull off incredible bodyweight feats to some hype up music makes me visualize what is possible and what perfect form looks like.
