Wyoming LLC is very cheap and easy to setup and provides for full anonymity (amongst other benefits).

So, having the land trust is a good part of an overall strategy and can provide anonymity.

You're going to get very divided opinions here.Most people agree that forming an LLC is a good plan for (some) anonymity and protection, but the right insurance policy is even more important.

I heard you can put your properties in a land trust and then transfer them from you to your LLC if you wanted anonymity of the ownership your properties, that's just one aspect.

I would much prefer to not do this, to remain anonymous, but I am starting to think that just isn't going to work.
