Hi BP - I'm a North Jersey investor and am looking to connect and network with a specific niche: owners and investors in licensed Rooming Houses or Boarding Houses in NJ.

I'm not sure if this plan sounds crazy but my wife is on board and I think it's probably a good path to getting us where we want to be.

Yes, this is as niche as it gets, so odds are slim, but I'm curious to hear if anyone else lives on some acreage while boarding other horses on your property?

Not that Zillow is known for it's accuracy, but I've found across the board that they multiply the listing price by 0.004180... every time all over the country that I've tested.
