So you may change your mind in a boom market and do one strategy, or move on to a more cash flow strategy if you feel you need that safety, it doesn't matter, it can all be modeled.You put EVERY single variable into it, from Appreciation, all the Cash flows over 10 years, your Renovations, the Mortgage payments and reductions, you can even put in buying another investment with your growing equity!

Google then tweaked the algorithm to catch people that did that.Then people did PNB, buying up expired domain names with residual domain authority, hundreds of them, put some thin content on there and link to the money-making website... and that worked... for a while, and yup Google tweaked the algorithm again and boom back to square one.That is what an algorithm update is and THAT keeps changing..

-Cleveland, has a lot of cashflow potential, average multiform around $140k. https://learn.roofstock.com/bl...There are other smaller markets like Dayton, Akron, and and Newark, which we are starting to see these areas boom due to huge investors and corporations like Intel choosing to set up shop in these kind of areas.
