Most very successful STRs seem to have direct booking options, they are opening their properties to the YouTube Airbnb influencers to get more publicity, they are creating regular content through their own social media channels, etc.  

Everyone I listen too on youtube is predicting a new wave of foreclosures and rampig up stress into 2021.I suggest everyone on this thread do deep study into direct marketing via the BP's marketing group threads on all forms of DM.

I also did a video interview with Jacob Rappaport that is about 36 minutes on YouTube that is phenomenal and he talks about the pros and cons of different set ups. it changed the way I structured my rental business and I have watched it several times since doing the interview with him.
