My home in a nice suburb (Hamilton County) with great schools doubled in value from 2013 to 2021..

The diligence varies by county, but my experience has been that they check very thoroughly.

I conducted title searches to confirm there are no liens and double-checked with the county to ensure there are no outstanding debts.

I am seeking information regarding the Sheriffs auction in Cuyahoga county. 

For instance in the real world.. i bought 12 brand new constructions back in the Katrina days .. this was in the top county in Mississippi they ranged 150k to 225k each..

This is an important point and I have been in similar situations when we have moved into new counties (I am a PM so manage in about 8 different counties). 

What is the economic driver.Loule is one of the richest counties in Portugal.

Any suggestions would help please Colorado Springs has some weird regulations about this depending on which county it's located in so be sure to check in with the planning department in the specific county you're looking at.

Check w/ the City / County to see what the permitting process is, and what if anything you would have to do regarding plumbing / electrical.
