Hello everyone,So my commercial tenant is going to court with one of those ADA compliance warriors and it hasn't been completed yet, but I was wondering if it's ruled against my tenant, is it a tenant responsibility or a landlord responsibility to bring it up to compliance?

I closed this past February and live in the property.HOA is $267 and includes the usual, water, outside maintenance, pool, tennis court, basketball court, snow removal , and storage.My current total payment is $1925, including taxes, HOA, and $199 for PMI.My question is, should I pay down my mortgage to reach the 80% LTV so I can remove my PMI and pay down my mortgage?

Or find out if they like some activities (baseball, basketball, hockey) you could invite them to a game or gift them a pair of tickets so they can enjoy the game with their kid or significant other.
