Unprofessional:Would you put into a rental agreement that a Doctor should give you X free checkups or surgeries since they rented from you?

The upcoming surgery will heavily and temporarily impact their mobility, limiting them to a walker for a short period of time (assuming the surgery goes well).

There is a time and place for an attorney ...but general landlording isn’t rocket surgery and most things you can do yourself to find a solution with a little knowledge and some basic people skills .

You could be out at a strip club or paying for your moms surgery we don’t care.

Kind of like being a medical person, Ears/Nose; Foot; surgery, optometrist, etc.Self storage- if you pick this lanea.

If medical institutions could not collect for delivering babies, doing surgery, or even just seeing sick kids, in a few years people would quit being doctors and nurses.

I have had three knee surgeries so far and about 25 jumps.

He had oral surgery done so I gave some leeway to complete the task.
