A few tips: maintain a solid credit score, organize your financials (especially your proof of funds), and be ready to show that you have a solid plan for your investments.

They own all their properties and their stocks and bonds in their own country and they get all their W2, business and social security income from their own country as well.

They will almost certainly demand a proof of funds letter too.
