I just finished remodeling it, and I want to take out a loan against it.

A Quick Look around about five minutes of seeing vacancies what’s available,what neighborhoods, bed and bath count, if it’s remodeled how long it’s been available and what’s being charged goes a long way, also I ask the guys at work what they pay.

(on things like flooring, cabinets, remodels, siding etc) I want to hear thoughts on going as cheap as possible, making the house look "high end" (possibly attracting higher end renters and charging more) or somewhere in the middle?

Are they discount compare to in home remodeling or tear down new built?

Soon I will be completing a major remodel and will be beginning a short plat. 

Total remodel of 5 bedrooms.
