@Ricardo Guzman-Hernandez your PMC should be able to provide you copies of court notices and other supporting paperwork.You can also Google the court - many now have a website where they post case updates.

It appears that fincen has neglected to update (at least) that page.  

AI tip 2: a friend of mine wrote an app (beta) for landlords to market themselves on a regular basis by soliciting reviews from tenants.

This safety measure aims to prevent structural failures and ensure tenant safety.Originally, the first inspections were due by January 1, 2025, but a recent update—AB 2579—has extended the deadline to January 1, 2026.

UPDATE:  After 4 days of back and forth with Airbnb CS, they finally decided to do the right thing and issue my payout for a reservation that a guest cancelled in the amount of $1,333.75. 

Having people who know the market and can help you manage the project or property is crucial to project success, especially if you can't be there regularly to handle things that will come up.
