Amy is obvious since you never Answered @Joe S. question your just a schill looking to pick a fight and you have zero credibility with 6 total posts so where do you come off making demands like this..

What if you pick the wrong project, or the wrong sponsor, or the economy changes, or the business plan doesn't work out. 

The home has been doing okay Occupancy wise it is following the same occupancy as the average occupancy in the area so around 60-77%  but it is a new unit, this march it has increased to an 81% occupancy and April and May its picking up in occupancy fast so its a perfect time that I started this airbnb. 

Highly recommend you start listening to any of the BiggerPockets Podcasts and pick some various topics you may be interested in and see how you may be able to take action, the most important thing you can do!

Why did you pick them in the first place?  

Pick a handful and travel to them.

If I could, pick your brain a bit more, how much do you typically set aside for things like CapEx/Vacancy?

@Matthew Giblin you're highly unlikely to succeed if you spread yourself over 4 markets.Recommend you do more research and just pick one of the 4 markets.Then do a trial run and see how it goes. 

I keep getting the run around and saying oh it's just the slow months and things will be picking up soon. 

Success often comes from picking properties with strong chances for rent income or those that can be improved in value.
