Student Housing.... Why would realtor not put the project for sale on Costar vs RCM?

I am part of an investor group.  

We are putting a project on the market. 

My realtor is just using Real Capital Markets, for ALL the marketing.  (this is a $30M project) and does not want to use Costar or Loopnet.

This seems wrong.  What am I missing?   I want this to have as much exposure as possible.  

What are your thoughts,  my concerns that they already have
