I’m considering purchasing five units in an eight-unit light industrial property structured as a condominium.

I dont believe there is any kind of HOA or ruling organization for these group of houses but it has me concerned that if one day they all decide they want to repave the driveway or add lighting or something along those lines, they would try and make everyone chip in and pay their fair share. 

Also AirBNB stocking fees, maintenance, cap ex.But at the same token know that the principal portion of your mortgage payment is actually not a true expense so there is that benefit to doing all of this even if you are light on the cash flow or break even.  

Homeowners do not have major risks from natural disasters.

In light of the pending Hurricane, I am anticipating significant damage to at least 1 of the units - likely rendering it uninhabitable for a period of time. 

Even if it isn't a perfect match it will be fine as the light hits walls differently.

Costs have escalated sharply, water up 25%, electric up 30% and natural gas up 33%, and at one property insurance went up 400%.

It's more about steady content and natural growth once you nail the basics like keyword integration and technical optimizations.

Its thin and runny so when it dries/cures its naturally flat and level.

I usually ask prospective tenants how handy they are, and I don't want to be called coming here to change a light bulb.
