Are these answers for your local market only or would they be the same in all other markets as well (Remember this is in a perfect world where nothing ever goes wrong)Works for most major metro areas in the Midwest.

Markets will recover, exchange rates will recover (think they already have), and absolutely nothing will happen.If the various European nations do start having exit votes, and if they do start leaving, then you will simply see a more robust world market in the medium to long term.

And yes, I see Memphis in most major polls for the top cities to invest in.
