Good day to all

I have been listening to the podcasts and reading the books. I see that its all based on the American market, I was wondering if there was anyone in here who has experience with European markets (mainly South of France)?

I am very interested in starting a future into the real estate investment world. I am 25 years old and looking to buy my first property by mid 2017 latest. The options for multifamily/duplexes are far and few between so the property type would be an studio/ 2 room Apartment.

i look forward to participating in the forums and gaining knowledge through peoples past experiences.

Thanks for your time

Rob
