Hi, does anyone have any feedback on the company MoneyMiners.biz out of Palm Bay Florida? They fund startup businesses? Any feedback would be great.

Good luck man ..... for me when i went to school i always thought of that "Degree"  as an "asset" that must pay dividend for 30+ yrs to come and also should have a minimum market demand .....so i went after Engineering ..and it paid more dividend that i could even dream ....So, my vote is for you to think "Physics/Chemistry/Math"and your world will be different..... example:  A) you can do MAGIC just by spending 15 mins to identify best deal on the block using one math equation (simple regression) analyzing Comps that will take lot of years of experience to figure out ....and B) Guys with physics /subsurface background in Houston are killing by buying mineral right where everyone is fighting for above surface.

Also high risk.If you have a yacht, you could rent it along with crew for $100k week.If you have a $15-20 million property you could rent it to movie production companies.Sell the mineral rights on your ranch.If you are starting out with $0 in assets, it would be tough, barring the outliers like marrying for $$, doing a sub-to, etc.

Standard disclosures here include property disclosure, mineral, oil rights disclosure and Lead Based paint disclosure if property is prior to 1978.

Real estate includes assets that you would not necessary think of such as air rights, water rights, mineral rights, and certain types of oil and gas interests.  

To comb through listings (which I have done) and capture some data similar to my own property, then to find out these are within the same range as these data miners.  

So my fear in even locking in a fix and flip or a fix and hold property between Weatherford, to Mineral Wells, to Stephenville is mounting...But, here is what we've done so far with the help of independent handymen...1940 Rock Home Before1940 Rock Home After

The next most important info is what the rents and expenses are...which you never mentioned.A seller looking to sell a property where the seller has no debt on it is a gold mine just waiting for a miner (the REI). 

Although I had to do some title searches in your neighboring Mineral County and it's much more difficult to navigate there than here without a name and or at least the situs address.
