Who do you want on your team (real estate investing is a team sport and does not start out a singular sport): Real Estate Agent, mortgage broker, banker, inspector, insurance agent, CPA, real estate attorney, property manager.

We have two other tenants (a bakery and sports bar) who the previous owner prohibited from having tables and chairs out for customers.  

In between school and sports i have found it difficult to find time to earn some money, but during holidays I will try to get a job and earn as much money as I can.

Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, continue your present education to fall back on and get into real state after you graduate.It is like sports.

Which was funny because people objected, saying the city was too small to accommodate a sporting event of the SB scale.

Ridiculous  Do you talk/yell at the TV screen during these HDTV shows like most people do while watching a sporting event?

Everyone sees the growth happening in Nashville with our sports teams on the rise along with major corporations setting up shop here.

I have 1 more year until i'm on my way to start my "so-called" career in what I truly do have a passion for (Sports medicine).

Like a nice sport coat from JC Pennys, something dark and conservative.You don't ever ever see kids wearing something like that.Good Luck!
