Some are small fish, some are whales, (or learning to be one or the other)… but I think since we are all here… we all have a little gambler in us!

To name a few… Things like; DMV records, credit report records, post office records, drivers license records, address used on tax returns, W-2’s, 1099’s, unemployment claims, hunting and fishing licenses, credit card statements, bank statements, insurance of all sorts; home owners, health, life etc., what your friends, family, neighbors, and employer would tell someone asking about where you live.

I don't fish for trout in a bass pond.

It's through the department of conservation or fish and game department depending on your state.

Perhaps fishing across the ponds (Atlantic or Great Lakes) might work.

:mrgreen: The only problem with it is that craigslist has so many computers out fishing for info, so it is not completly accurate, you gotta take the number of hits and cut it in half if you want a more accurate number for real people.

I'm fishing for other peoples approaches to see if I can improve or add anything... and the home is a steal for the right buyer...I posted on this forum because I wanted to talk to some other agents outside of my area... :)

I sure have missed a lot of fishing this year.

Mark, As for souring deals, I fish where no one else does.

I hope some day I will be one of the "big fish" in my pond, but until that time I just work, watch & wait.
