Hi thereNeeding some guidance if I should run.I am in due diligence on my 2nd deal and the sewer inspection found 3 areas in the sewer line with very tiny roots. 2 were little nubs and the 3rd was  like a new growth on a tree. 

The thing I've found with tiny houses is that the outdoor space has to be amazing (design and view-wise), or it struggles.

Its caused him to go in to extreme debt and he just needs to get this handled. 

All extremely useful input. 

I am looking for a house inspector who goes into every tiny details that need attention and uses a good reporting tool to look at the issues.

I understand, just saying flipping in Baltimore is extremely difficult, especially for someone just starting in this current market. 

Not only will you learn different neighborhoods, how to manage people, and costs of construction, but they can get paid extremely well if you get good and know how to work with the City.

While we don't get significantly higher rents, we have extremely low turnover rates.

I thought it would be extremely formal guys with briefcases and way over my head. i felt it rapidly grew my network, knowledge basis, and confidence that has propelled me to be successful in acquiring 300+ units over the last 4 years. 

If you're using your real estate license as a means to make the same/more as your W2, then you will face an uphill battle - unless you work extremely hard.
