In my practice as an enrolled agent I work with alot of real estate investors.  

If the amount of money you save on taxes is greater than what you spend on having someone else prepare them.In my experience, for anyone who is self-employed, both the criteria above are met and the work should be hired out to a well qualified CPA/Accountant/Enrolled Agent...

There is a housing shortage currently which is driven mainly by the the Cornell grad student enrollment increase. 

Each have 2 and 3 bedroom mix, near universities, C+ (ish) type properties competing against large scale, A+ type properties, reduced enrollment, possible saturation, etc.  

You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.

You can always enroll in classes to start with the basics training in building construction.

So you want to try and save 3% and enroll in the school of hard knocks.

She doesn't want to move out as she likes the neighborhood and kids are enrolled in school etc...I took an appt with inspection company to inspect mold and she doesn't want me to enter the unit without adult present as she has a minor child in the house. so I had to cancel the appointment.Today I went ahead and posted a 3 day notice and I get a call from a lawyer saying we can resolve this, my client will pay the rent as soon as you finish the repairs etc..

I am currently enrolled in Graphic Design school but looking to take on another line of income for when I do graduate and continue to work.I have no credit, or money and my parents definitely have no interest in investing since it overwhelms them.
