We have a very nice tan that we use in all our houses.

Some of the communities we serve are Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Apache Junction, Coolidge, and Maricopa.

@Joe Tan I consistently use Zillow (Postlets) as my source for advertising.

I have some Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale (south), lots of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence.

(I also paint the inside with a light tan to clean them up).  

I've looked into that @Pearly Tan but the challenge would be liquidation if I want to sell 1 or 2 of them.

And, for what it's worth, the same flooring means that I can use the same paint color and don't have to worry about picking different cabinet finishes or anything else because it might have to look good with dark brown in one room and tan tile in another.

I keep up on everything nearby chandler,gilbert,Mesa,Phoenix, san tan and some other areas.
