Testimony showed that the deputy knew that the felon had a difficult time reading (nearly illiterate) and that the deputy didn't read the contents of the restraining order to the felon.

There are way to many threads on this forum about this topic.However - if you go to http://www.realtor.org/fedistrk.nsf/files/testim_hr1728_042309.pdf/$FILE/testim_hr1728_042309.pdf you can read the actual testimony of the head of the national association of Realtor - while he supports most of bill he specifically calls out the portion on seller financing as a concern They seem to like 90% of it like most others.And Tony - didn't your lawyer tell you not to worry about this bill - just as mine did?

The next time I post a question I will be sure to send in letters of recomdendations, testimonials, letters of thanks from the county, city, and anything else to show that I didn't just wipe my nose, buy a house and become a property manager.
