How much do you think a tenant would pay per month to use a charger?

They do not live in the city nor do they build any roots in their areas where they own property so they tend to charge rents based on where "they" live and the rent is often too high for low income families. 

I demanded one thing, a phone charger.

Based on my research, new constructions don’t qualify for majority of tax incentives, such as Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit, with the exception of the NY Solar Tax Credit for solar panels and electric chargers.

We also asked the existing tenant if we could run one extension cord to the site for battery chargers, and a hose to spray the dirt down before digging to keep the dust down.

(In Texas there is a two day grace period after the rent is due, so if I charge rent on the 1st, I can start charging late fees on the 4th)  

This is very simple, you can only charge rent for the time someone lived in the property and signed a lease.

I've heard some of them feel like the client doesn't have the money, more desperate the higher the amount needed and will charger higher points.  

I simply accept pets to start and charge really high rents.
