Any tax incentives for DOB Partial demolition (Alt1/Alt-CO) primary SFH?

I am currently doing a major alternation to my single family home in NYC for personal use (non-investment property). Majority of the property is demolished and rebuilt via a partial demo with an Alt-CO filing with DOB. Would the property be considered a new construction after it is complete? Based on my research, new constructions don’t qualify for majority of tax incentives, such as Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit, with the exception of the NY Solar Tax Credit for solar panels and electric chargers. Is this true and are there any tax incentives that I should be aware of it?

I have also read there are rebates from ConEd for insulating homes and/or installing heat-pump / mini-duct system. Similarly, I don’t think I qualify for the rebates since my property is being rebuilt. My property was originally ran by oil and would switched over to use gas and electric (with ConEd).

Any tips and suggestions on any incentives/credits/deductions for my SFH project is much appreciated!
