I plan on purchasing 1 more rental and, depending on the purchase price and rehab expense, keep somewhere between $60k-$70k of cash on hand as reserves and enough in retirement accounts (all cash and bonds) to be able to pay the entire line off if interest rates should suddenly spike.

I don't see high end or luxory rentals going up in demand, but you'd think that lower to moderately priced rentals would see a spike in demand.
