I don't like making investment decisions without regulatory certainty.Consider Arvada, Wheat Ridge or Littleton to buy a fully legal investment STR.

There's also Wheat Ridge, but last I checked, they were close to issuing their final license. 

The struggle I often have is finding good subs, not impossible by any means, but you being from Hendoville (I went to school at Blue Ridge Community College (played a little baseball when they had a program), long story but that's what we called it) your going to spend a lot of time finding good subs.

On the commercial side, we're seeing a lot of industrial activity in areas such as "Blue Grass Industrial Park" and just across the river in Indiana at the "River Ridge" industrial park.
