Focusing on profit rather than top line is always my guidance as it encourages you to automate and streamline processes, which often leads to innovations on the guest experience front. 

While there are a few trickier technical items that make it work on the back end, you can use AI and trends.google.com to combine automated blog creation with high-performing keywords. 

Hey Jonah - I hear interesting things about Fello as well as some social media automation tools for audience building. 

They did have some very cool automations and other features.

People want flexibility, mobility, convenience, and automation...including residents, not just travelers. 

STR takes time and you can only automate so much, while ltrs can be basically completely hands off with the right tenants.

The automated guest messages as well as the smart lock integration is worth its monthly price, which is much cheaper than other PM software. 

My current flow is 1) find a house that matches the configuration (X beds, Y bath)  in a certain neighborhood (Redfin or my agent)2) pull up rent data in rentometer / Zillow 3) run through my spreadsheet with expenses, taxes, insurances and etc I would love these to be automated.

I am looking for something that is user friendly, makes automated emails to tenants the day before payments are due, when they are issued a late payment fee, an eviction notice, has the best credit card processing fees and automatic payments. 

I built out our own in house systems and processes, we've automated a ton of the work, have an electrician and handyman who specialize in plumbing for each market with a primary and 1-2 backup cleaners.
