Wow, you really think a Bowler or a pool player is an athlete?

Every rock star is either dead or on tour, there's no middle ground.And just like lottery winners, boxers, athletes and reality show winners, its seems like no matter how much money they make they die in poverty.

I have an athletic background and accountability is a major factor among the coaches.  

I just graduated and I was a great student athlete, now I want to use that competitive spirit and become a student in real estate.

I just dont think it's wise to sell it. 80% of people who go to this university is from out of town, and this university doesn't provide student housing unless you are an athlete, so the market will always be there as long as the university is there.

It gives students better opportunities for extra curricular activities, scholarships, athletics, and in most cases (not all) academia.

According to the agent owner really doesn't want the hassle, it's been really easy for him wih the athletes in there.  

I am obviously new to this and trying to get creative while being a D1 college athlete.

Business, like athletics, is run by those with a burning passion for the "sport", a desire to improve and learn, and an incredible work ethic@Pedro Martins I cannot agree with you more on the importance of getting a property manager in a C or D class neighborhood, if you are not familiar with the area or the people.

I have lived here for 8 years and I feel safe but I am also an athletic male with a 105 pound dog.
