We are in 3 markets and seeing great occupancy 

We are newbies, and don't want to miss out on a great investment and tax savings opportunity, but obviously want to do everything correctly in the eyes of Uncle Sam.

Their wish is to give one home to each daughter (we are three sisters). 

He said he rented a dumpster for this Tuesday but like I said no rent for January and now we are into February, can I change the locks, I want the stuff gone but in a bad situation, he said he will pay me January rent when he gets money, but I'd hate for them to go and take all the valuable stuff and not pay me and leave me the mess, I probably can't hold their stuff hostage, thoughts? 

We are considering joining a couple mentor groups to build relationships with more investors.

Its hard to do return on investment since we are getting principal back starting year two as we sell..

We’ve been looking at cities like Fullerton, Cypress, Anaheim, Orange, and Tustin, but we’re staying away from LA County and Santa Ana due to rental restrictions.A little about us:I’m 30, my wife is 28, and neither of us has owned property before.

For me and my wife we are focusing on building out an ADU in our backyard as we are within a couple minute walk of the new Bethel Campus location.

We are hoping to streamline tenant communications, maintenance requests, and payment records.
