We plan on purchasing a new washer and dryer for our new residence.The current washer and dryer are old and probably aren’t going to last very long.

We used the cook top on occasion , the microwave a lot . washer and dryer , each guy did 1 load a week .  

Where the washer and dryer were in the basement, they did not put a door on the closet, so they are then just essentially sitting there in the middle of the family room.

Down stairs has a living room/dining room, kitchen/den combination, one bedroom, a full bath with washer/dyer connections.

Simon L'Grie is my hero.EACH month I've been issuing a notice...from them trying to hide a cat ( liter box under a pile of dirty clothes, ( 12 foot by 12 foot two feet thick/deep, all in front of a $2K washer dryer...yuk....to the boyfriend trying to kill my HVAC by setting it at 62 degrees during 105 degree weather..he works nights and likes to sleep under blankets...all summer long...with free cooling.

I recently bought a 6-plex and there was a washer and dryer in the building.

I've seen as many as three 50 gallon water heaters and multiple washer/dryer connections in one basement.

So they complied.A month into moving in, washer and dryer broke and the landlord won't do anything about it. 

A fixer upper- she was a skeptic, and so was her mother.

Be careful of open box on these - I looked at one at my Home Depot and the washer for the fitting that attaches to the water heater was crushed - I bet that would leak ;)
